Kakuro Kakuro
How to play Kakuro
Kakuro is similar to both sudoku and traditional crossword games.
Like a Crossword
Similar to crosswords, Kakuro has clues both across and down. When you put numbers in the vacant squares, the sum must equal the given clues. This is why the game is sometimes called 'cross sums'.
Like a Sudoku
Just like a sudoku, you cannot have the same number in a row or column. If a row is broken into 2 areas by a clue, then you can have the same number occuring once in each of the separate areas.

Choose a number, and place it in the grid above.
  1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9
Talk about anything and everything, but nice to each other - you don't have to agree, but this is not the place for personal attacks. As Sir Paul McCartney said: 'I used to think anyone doing anything weird was weird. Now I know that it is the people that call others weird that are weird' (longer explanation). Enjoy!
Nada. Good puzzle.

Being able to type nada is not that impressive. I have got used to ignoring all these massive egos that cannot provide their solutions that would help others learn their techniques.

Two points for Cynic:

1. I don't very often manage a nada, but when I do, I do not usually remember the solution.

2. If people do provide the solution, it has to be not easily seen in the comments, otherwise people would inadvertantly see it and be deprived of the pleasure of finding it for themselves.

Nada
After easy 30D, 6D - count the 45’s, whatever is the orphan, must have only 1 of 45 in lower 24A
10D=91 and 1x solves

Straightforward with orphans. I can't count that many 45s, even with possibilities filled in :-)

Nada, put it another way:
If two 54s in 24A (24A=5748), you need at least six 45’s for the across lines, but the down lines can provide max five of them. So 10D=91 and solves.
